Friendly staff, quick complaint handling, well-trained kitchen staff, clean swimming pool, value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Located right on the beach with friendly staff, this budget accommodation is great for a quiet holiday. The rooms are clean, cozy and the food is healthy and filling. I particularly liked the fact that there was a pool and a great view from each apartment. It's also easy to find as it's close to key locations in the city.

The constant power outages and lack of mosquito nets made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The pool was dirty and there were not enough sunbeds for everyone. Additionally, the Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area and we had to ask for towel service at the pool. The service wasn't great and there were tents and loud people around the garden.

The view from the apartments was amazing, and it was great to have AC in the rooms. the staff were very helpful and handled complaints quickly. One of the best aspects was the clean swimming pool, and the fact that we got value for our money. Plus, the fresh juice and well-trained kitchen staff were a nice touch.

the pool could have been cleaner and the sunbeds were falling apart.
